The National Kidney Registry is a Greenwich, CT-based organization whose mission is to save and improve the lives of people facing kidney failure by increasing the quality, speed and number of living donor transplants in the world while protecting and supporting all living kidney donors.

Our Member Centers
NKR works with an elite network of 102 Member Centers spanning 35 states and the District of Columbia. Member Centers have the opportunity to participate in a variety of living donation programs including voucher donation, remote donation and Donor Shield. Each Member Center must adhere to strict center requirements and guidelines to maintain membership in good standing.
