Timothy Wan, Esq., is the NKR’s General Counsel and Chief Litigator. He oversees contracts, leases, intellectual property, employment law, risk management and litigation.
Mr. Wan was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 2001, after graduating from Brooklyn Law School with his Juris Doctor, and from Vassar College, with a double B.A. in Political Science and Theater in 1997. Mr. Wan is a Past President of the Commercial Law League of America and currently serves as President of the New York State Creditors Bar Association.
Mr. Wan is the Chief Executive Officer of the Wan Law Group, a New York-based law firm and Senior Partner of Smith Carroad Wan & Parikh, a commercial litigation and creditors’ rights law firm, representing businesses since 1930.
